Giunti Psicologia is part of the Giunti Psychometrics Group and a f ast-growing EdTech scaleup focused on B2C education for mental health professionals.
We are transitioning from an agency-based model to a fully in-house performance marketing approach and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist.
Develop and manage hybrid funnels (lead generation + direct conversions).
Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, and paid-attributed revenue.
Develop and optimize marketing automation flows using Brevo.
3–4 years of experience in performance marketing within B2C/e-commerce
~ Marketing automation tools (e.g., Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience in education, healthcare, or digital training is a plus
English level: B2 or higher (interviews will be conducted in English), knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus
Full remote role
