We're working with a global healthcare technology provider delivering large-scale hospital information systems and digital health platforms across public and private sector organisations.They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Health Information System (HIS) implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in digital healthcare transformation, working directly with senior stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver mission-critical solutions that improve patient care and operational performance.Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of EMR / HIS implementations, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope and within budgetOwn the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, governance, Go-Live preparation, cutover and closureManage project plans, risk logs, RAID, reporting, dependencies and stakeholder communicationsCoordinate internal delivery teams and external third parties, ensuring effective resourcing and alignmentDrive governance and manage customer expectations, escalations and delivery risksEnsure contractual obligations are met and support commercial delivery controlsBuild strong relationships with clinical, operational and IT stakeholders across healthcare organisationsTravel to client sites as required to support delivery and Go-Live activityRequired experienceProven experience as a Project Manager delivering healthcare IT implementations (EMR / EPR / HIS / clinical systems)Strong track record managing complex, multi-strand programmes in client environmentsExperience delivering projects through Go-Live, including cutover planning and hypercareConfident managing senior stakeholders and running structured governance meetingsComfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple workstreams and dependenciesFluent Italian and strong English communication skillsExperience delivering hospital information systems or large enterprise clinical platformsExposure to interoperability, integration, or data-sharing projects within healthcareExperience with fixed-price delivery, vendor management, or contract-driven programmesWhat's on offerHighly competitive salary package + strong benefitsHybrid working (Milan-based - preferrable)High-visibility role within a globally recognised digital health businessOpportunity to lead meaningful projects improving healthcare delivery and outcomesSupportive culture with strong collaboration across international teams
