Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting (journal entries, invoice recording, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare and record basic accounting entries and related financial records
• Assist in the monthly and annual financial closing process
• Monitor tax and contribution deadlines
• Handle administrative and secretarial tasks, such as document filing and correspondence
• Record the invoices of suppliers and customers for active and passive invoicing (Italy, CEE, and ExtraCEE)

Qualifications & Competencies

• High school diploma in Accounting or a Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Italian tax regulations
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in the main office tools (Excel, Word) and accounting software
• Precision, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
