We are looking for a Global Logistics Engineering Stageur to join our international logistics team. In this role, you will support and lead engineering projects that span across global warehouses, with a focus on technology, automation, packaging, and process optimization. You will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and in fostering the integration of logistics models in all EssilorLuxottica World.
Support the management and execution of international logistics engineering projects (technologies – ex. RFID, automation, packaging optimizations).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data management, reporting, and analysis activities.Identify and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency in existing logistics operations.Support and promote the integration of logistics models, tools, and processes in EL world.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, external partners, and operational teams to drive project success.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Experience or familiarity with SAP and logistics-related data systems.Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.High affinity with data analysis and performance metrics.Interest and knowledge in logistics, automation, and new technologies.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
