As a leading provider of Risk Management solutions in the European market, Prometeia is looking to strengthen its International Delivery Team by hiring a Credit Risk Consultant in the fields of credit digitalization and credit management.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is the largest of Prometeia business areas, and is the cornerstone of Prometeia’s reputation in the international market. The thematic areas covered by the ERM Area include:
- Credit Risk;

- Risk Governance;

Placed within the ERM Area, the International Delivery Team has been built with the aim of supporting primary banking groups in guiding them into the digital transformation path.
In banks and financial institutions, projects are particularly focused on designing and implementing digital solutions and delivering best practices to support credit decision processing.
In their collaborations with financial institutions, our teams provide assistance in analyzing and re-engineering credit processes, driving the adoption of risk models to enhance credit management, facilitating the transformation of credit operations, and driving bank digitalization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating within different projects across multiple countries.
His / her main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Project Manager in managing and driving digital transformation processes in credit management.
- Assisting in the design and implementation of credit management processes and practices.
- Assisting in the design of credit architecture and assessing bank technological ecosystem.
- Performing data analysis and querying data to implement credit solutions.
- Supporting in the design and analysis for the integration of risk metrics (PD, LGD, EAD, RWA) into credit decisions.
- Setting up and implementing credit processes.

PROJECT SKILLS
- Effective communicator in a multi-national and multi-discipline environment.

- Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Assertive with excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
- Project/time management skills to meet required deadlines.
- Good knowledge in data management (i.e. SQL, R, ...).
- Good Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
- Expertise in bank processes and organization is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS
- Fluency in English is mandatory (at least C1).
- Capable of working within a multi-language and multicultural environment.
