PV Project Developer
Leap29 are partnering with a leading renewable energy company seeking a PV Project Developer to join their team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Sales, M&A) and external partners to design and deliver commercial & industrial (C&I) photovoltaic projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and energy yield analyses for PV systems ranging from 0.5 to 10 MWp.
Develop technical designs including system sizing, technology selection, material specifications, and budget estimation.
Align technical, commercial, and regulatory elements to ensure project viability.
Manage project documentation and handover to relevant internal teams.
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in MS Office and PV design tools (AutoCAD, PVSyst, CMMS, etc.).
Familiarity with Italian C&I PV regulations.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Driving license and willingness to travel regularly within Italy.
Fluent in Italian and English.
