This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our guests and ensuring smooth operations. Experience in the hospitality sector and familiarity with digital tools are essential.
Weekly rotation shifts from Monday to Sunday, ensuring Customer Support coverage from 9:00 a.m. Customer Support
Short-Term Rental Operations
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Strong familiarity with digital tools and online platforms
Ability to work independently in a full-remote environment
