It’s not just about your career or job title… It’s about who you are and the impact you will make on the world. Promote WT products to end customers and OEMs, securing favorable specifications and commercial terms.
Manage end-to-end commercial processes: business development, market opportunity identification, product promotion with Marketing, tendering strategies (including target pricing and competitive intel), tender approvals, offer submissions, negotiations, customer governance (e.g., QBRs), and intelligence on customers/competitors.
Oversee order intake and participate in PL sales governance, prioritization, and strategy.
Provide input to Product Management and R&D governance.
Create and maintain PL tenders in CRM.
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in business development for product lines in industrial or technical sectors (e.g., Strong expertise in commercial processes: tendering, negotiation, competitive intelligence, and CRM management.
Demonstrated ability to drive OI, profitability, and customer strategies in regional or account-based roles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work with Marketing, Product Management, and R&D.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Results-oriented with a track record of meeting budgets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
