Nell’ambito della Funzione “Sistema Organizzativo, Innovazione e Progetti Speciali” siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire per la gestione di attività e progetti legati all’assessment delle strutture organizzative, revisione delle stesse e che abbia avuto, inoltre, anche esperienza in progetti di analisi di processo. Principali compiti e responsabilità attività di assessment e analisi organizzative al fine di identificare interventi sia in ottica di revisione dei modelli operativi e organizzativi, di efficientamento dei processi e degli strumenti a supporto; valutazione degli impatti sui presidi, sui modelli operativi e sui processi derivanti da cambiamenti inerenti agli applicativi/evoluzione dei servizi; progetti e attività di cambiamento/innovazione svolgendo analisi di processo; definizione di piani di change management nei processi di attuazione delle revisioni organizzative e di processo; manutenzione e aggiornamento della documentazione organizzativa (organigrammi, schemi di funzione, etc.). Requisiti richiesti Laurea in Economia/Ingegneria gestionale; esperienza di almeno 3-4 anni in ruoli analoghi; buone capacità di relazione; buone capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività; Rappresentano titoli preferenziali la conoscenza della lingua inglese e competenze legate alla mappatura dei processi e di approcci al change management.
