ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising candidate to join us at our Operations Plant in Rovereto (TN, Italy).

As Finishing Production Engineer you will support the head of the automatic finishing area, with the goal of contributing to the improvement of the department’s performance by analyzing key metrics.

A gradual acquisition of autonomy in managing reporting systems and production data analysis (including indicators such as efficiency, quality, lead time, etc.) is expected, along with the development of managerial skills useful for overseeing a complex production department.

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

  • Collection of production data (SAP usage)
  • Processing and analyzing results
  • Presenting analyses to production managers
  • Supporting production department management activities:
    • Scheduling models across various production lines
    • Job allocation and improvement analysis
    • Daily application of Lean Methodologies
  • Coordination with different area managers to optimize the distribution of production flows
  • Active collaboration with departments related to production such as: Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Health Safety & Environment, Human Resources, and Controlling
  • Identifying improvement actions to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety, regulatory requirements, and productivity.

  • You have a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering
  • You have solid experience with Windows Office 365 Package
  • You have knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps; experience with SAP and BOXI are a plus
  • You have great knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • You are a great communicator and mediator.
