pAt Sappi, a global leader in sustainable woodfibre-based solutions, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Paper Mill in Carmignano di Brenta (Italy). Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain for Sappi Europe Speciality Papers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an efficient, customer-focused, and safe supply chain operation while leading a team of 10 professionals across planning and logistics. /p h3Your
key responsibilities
/h3 ul liLead and develop the local Planning and Logistics team, driving collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. /li liEnsure raw material availability, effective production planning, order fulfillment, warehouse management, and logistics execution. /li liManage the end-to-end planning process from customer order entry through to On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery. /li liSupport the commercial strategy through effective capacity planning, prioritization, and service level management. /li liAct as the key interface between supply chain, mill operations, customer service, central logistics, and business stakeholders. /li liOptimize inventory levels, warehousing capacity, and logistics performance in alignment with European supply chain objectives. /li liChampion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. /li liDrive business performance through process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. /li liProven experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations within a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong knowledge of supply chain processes, planning systems, and operational workflows. /li liExperience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is considered a strong asset. /li liDemonstrated people leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop teams. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong analytical mindset, business acumen, and decision-making capabilities. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully lead change initiatives. /li liFluent in both Italian and English. /li /ul pAt Sappi, you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on a key manufacturing site while working within an international organization committed to sustainability, safety, innovation, and people development. /p pJoin us and help shape the future of our supply chain operations. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
