Per rafforzare il nostro team Real Estate, cerchiamo oggi un profilo di Analyst che, supportando attivamente la squadra, si occuperà primariamente delle seguenti attività: Supportare l'Asset Manager nella redazione del business plan immobiliare e della reportistica necessaria all'underwriting; Revisionare criticamente i business plan di Asset Manager terzi, valutandone nel tempo l'andamento applicando i principali indicatori economici di sintesi; Con il supporto del proprio responsabile, supportare gli uffici Corporate SPV e Legal nella revisione dei contratti di cartolarizzazione ed in particolare il SAM e l'Intercreditor agreement. Monitorare il flusso prodotto delle Re Oco con le partecipazioni alle aste e supportare l'Asset Manager e l'ufficio Corporate SPV nella definizione delle necessità di cassa; Laurea in Architettura, in Ingegneria preferibilmente "gestione del costruito" e/o in Economia; Valorizzare l'attività di analisi rispetto ad una gestione maggiormente operativa on site ; Vorremmo incontrare risorse che abbiano maturato una pregressa esperienza professionale in ambito di Property Management o in una SGR; Un'esperienza professionale in un ambiente dinamico, giovanile e in forte crescita; L'opportunità di apprendere e consolidare competenze tecniche specifiche;
