Per un importante nostro cliente, multinazionale di consulenza direzionale, stiamo cercando una risorsa di: Junior Legal Counsel Nell'ottica di ampliamento del team Legal & Compliance la risorsa fornirà supporto su tutte le attività del team. Fondamentale una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese in quanto le attività saranno svolte sia in italiano sia in inglese. Legal, Compliance & Privacy: Contrattualistica Commerciale: leggere, revisionare e commentare contratti con clienti e fornitori, identificare rischi legali nelle clausole e preparare note e pareristica interna; Corporate Compliance : supportare su tutte le attività che servono a mantenere l'azienda conforme alle normative standard; Privacy & Data Protection : supportare DPO e team privacy nell'aggiornamento di documenti di privacy (informative, registri), effettuare verifiche su fornitori (garanzie su trattamento dei dati personali) e revisionare i contratti con clienti e fornitori sotto il profilo privacy Supporto nella preparazione e presentazione della documentazione amministrativa richiesta Assistenza legale e amministrativa e/o revisione contrattuale di clausole e condizioni contrattuali Verrà considerato positivamente una conoscenza base del Diritto del Lavoro e del Diritto Amministrativo Laurea in Giurisprudenza; Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in un ruolo analogo in uffici amministrativi di realtà complesse e/o multinazionali o come praticante avvocato Conoscenza della contrattualistica commerciale; Gradita la conoscenza della normativa in tema privacy e protezione dei dati personali e di aspetti legati al mondo della compliance aziendale; Gradita la conoscenza del Diritto amministrativo e del Diritto del lavoro EU 679/2016 disponibile sul nostro sito web.
