Deliver technical support and preventative maintenance on the assigned BD instruments and systems within the assigned region in order to guarantee customer satisfaction through an outstanding service and mastery of reported incidents and requests of the customer.Demonstrate continuous & versatile learning, attending ongoing technical training to become proficient on relevant platforms in your region.Main Responsibilities On site support operational ExcellencePerform local technical support on the assigned BD technical support related instruments and systems as agreed in the customer service level agreements, such as installations, deinstallations, relocations, certifications (IQ & OQ), repairsHandle problems, in an independent wayRemote support, diagnostics & troubleshootingInvestigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and support the customer remotely for technical problems reported by the customer on BD Technical support related instruments and systems that are not supported by the help deskWork with dispatch function to prepare & schedule appropriate field visit should a remote solution be unobtainableField corrective actions & preventive maintenancePrioritize, plan and execute field corrective actions, upgrades and actions for preventive maintenance on all BD technical support related instruments and systems according to the regulatory instructions and mandatory procedures within the predefined timeframe to ensure business continuity for the customerPre-installationFunctional administrative reportingMaintenance of car stockFollow local procedure to bring up technical challenges that cannot be resolvedBe prepared to retain ownership of escalated issues to deliver the potential solution once advisedQuality compliance: Align with all quality, ISO, GMP and safety regulations as required by the organization and with the Service levels as agreed with the customer in order to always deliver an outstanding quality About You / Qualifications Good level of English – A2 or B1High School/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in electronic or electrical technology or biotechnology certificationHigh motivationAvailability to travel 100% of your timeTwo or more years of experience in the Technical Service of Medical Device CompaniesInstrumentation Blood Analysis (Liquids) experience would be an assetRemote support, diagnostics & troubleshootingField corrective actions & preventive maintenance, Devices InstallationFunctional administrative reportingQuality compliance Preferably located near Bologna, with possibility to travel across all Italian Territory.Compensation and About BDOur target base salary range for this role is between €35,000 and €45,000 per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.Click on apply if this sounds like youWe are the makers of possible.
