The Role :
Condé Nast Italy is seeking an experienced Circulation Specialist Intern to join Consumer Revenue’s circulation team. This 6-month internship within the Consumer Revenues Team supports marketing activities related to newsstand initiatives and the development of digital subscriptions for the company's magazines.
Primary Activities :
- Support newsstand launch coordination activities
- Monitor and analyze competitive launches in the newsstand merchandise arena (product, pricing, packaging, communication)
- Finalize cost and time tracking reports for production and packaging
- Support promotional activity and activation of influencer marketing campaigns
- Assist in presentations (Google Slides) for internal marketing meetings
- Manage dashboard marketing cost entry and promotional cost tracking
- Scout possible partners for loyalty activities with digital subscriptions
Primary Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing Management, or a related field
- Professional working proficiency in Italian (written and spoken) and excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and team-building skills, proactivity, and a positive attitude
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent use of major computer tools (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Office)
- Product sensitivity / love for editorial products
