Denna position rapporterar till: Maintenance Manager Your role and responsibilities - Lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. - Oversee execution of extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. - Manage and update technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. - Define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities, and consult on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and/or facilities. - Solving major technical, equipment, or facilities problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines by upgrade of the equipment. - Propose improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency. Qualifications for the role - You are immersed in the Maintenance function within the Automation industry. - You have at least 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance. - You have experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM). - You possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance). - You are at ease communicating in Italian and English. - You are a self‐motivated, responsible and safety‐oriented individual. You have the ability to manage time and responsibilities independently. You like working in a team.
