Order-to-Cash Manager The O2 C Manager manages the order-to-cash financial cycle, ensuring accurate revenue management, compliance, and efficient SAP S/4 HANA transition. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage O2 C strategy, focusing on order management, invoicing, and collections. Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS 15, ASC 606) and OTC regulations. Lead O2 C financial process redesign for SAP S/4 HANA migration (SD, FSCM modules). Monitor financial KPIs (e.g., DSO, billing accuracy) and improve processes through automation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or CFA preferred. 7+ years of O2 C experience ideally in consumer health, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals. Expertise in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA; CRM experience a plus. Strong knowledge of financial compliance in OTC operations. Proven leadership and virtual team management skills. Location: Rome (2 days smart working)
