Il gruppo nostro cliente: multinazionale, multiplant, primario gruppo industriale operante a livello globale, managerialmente strutturato.HQ in provincia di TrevisoGlobal package: massimo Quadro, MBO, welfare, benefitsMain Activities: il nostro candidato, a riporto del Procurement Director Europe, sarà responsabile della definizione della strategia di approvvigionamento per le categories di riferimento ed assegnate, utilizzate nei processi di produzione e distribuzione del gruppo, al fine di garantire le migliori performance di costo, qualità, sostenibilità e affidabilità della fornitura all'interno di una rete complessa di fornitori internazionali (negoziazioni strategiche, performance, contratti).Andrà a promuovere soluzioni innovative a supporto dell'eccellenza operativa e degli obiettivi ambientali, collaborando trasversalmente con i vari dptm e team (Produzione, Logistica, R&D, Qualità, ecc).Definisce le strategie di sourcing a livello europeo per le categorie assegnate, gestisce la selezione dei fornitori, lo scouting di nuovi players, le trattative commerciali e la contrattualistica, supervisiona l'intero ciclo di approvvigionamento: ricerca, qualificazione e valutazione dei fornitori, negoziazione contratti, monitoraggio di performance, qualità e conformità.conduce analisi di mercato per individuare cost drivers, rischi di fornitura e opportunità di innovazione.garantisce la conformità agli standard aziendali, ambientali e di sicurezza oltre a coordinare a livello multisite le attività di NPD Procurement (Nuovi Prodotti).(Il nostro candidato avrà maturato una significativa esperienza come Category Manager maturata in contesti manifatturieri internazionali oltre alla padronanza nella gestione di fornitori globali e in negoziazioni complesse.Solida conoscenza dei processi di approvvigionamento e del cost modelingPadronanza dei sistemi ERP/SAP e degli strumenti di e-procurement.Approccio analitico e data-driven, con ottima conoscenza di Excel, Power BI e strumenti di analisi dati.Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, disponibilità a trasferte estere
