Job Summary The role provides critical operational support for the transition from the legacy SAP system to the new SAP S/4HANA environment. The intern will work with key users in Production and Quality, as well as the central project team, over an initial six‐month period.
Responsibilities Production (SAP PP): Support creation of production master data (assist key users in testing PP processes in the new system, including production order management). Quality (SAP QM): Collaborate on mapping inspection plans and batch management data.
Actively participate in testing and validating quality control processes directly in SAP S/4HANA.
Industrial Improvement: Identify improvement opportunities by analysing processes and spotting potential efficiency gains within a Lean Manufacturing perspective.
Report: Support analysis of data for developing performance reports that guide industrial improvement decisions.
Data & Documentation Management: Verify data consistency and accuracy ahead of migration.
Support drafting SOPs and training materials focused on Production Planning and Quality Management modules.
Go‐Live Support: Provide first‐line support to Production and Quality users during the cut‐over and the weeks immediately following launch of the new SAP system.
Degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the Google suite or Microsoft Office.
Excellent data analysis, attention to detail, and problem‐solving abilities.
Linguistic: Native Italian and good command of English.
