Such talent supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. This role acts as a technical and analytical expert within the ESG function, contributing to data collection, reporting, compliance, and integration of ESG principles into business processes. Support the execution of the ESG roadmap and related action plans. Manage the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data and KPIs. Monitor regulatory and market developments in sustainability and assess potential business impacts. Coordinate with internals to integrate ESG criteria into corporate processes, procurement, and operations. Prepare presentations and materials for ESG committees, audits, and investor communications. Solid understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards Experience in data analysis, materiality assessment, and KPI tracking. Proficiency in English Good knowledge of Excel / Power BI (data visualization and reporting tools are a plus).
