Giunti Psicologia is part of the Giunti Psychometrics Group and a f ast-growing EdTech scaleup focused on B2C education for mental health professionals. We are transitioning from an agency-based model to a fully in-house performance marketing approach and we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist. Your mission: You will grow and optimize our paid acquisition channel, improving the overall performance of our B2C e-commerce. You will focus primarily on Master's programs and on-demand courses. This is a mix of hands-on and strategic work. What you will do: Manage and optimize paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Develop and manage hybrid funnels (lead generation + direct conversions). Monitor and optimize core KPIs: CAC, ROAS, and paid-attributed revenue. Improve conversion rates (CRO) on landing pages and across the customer journey. Develop and optimize marketing automation flows using Brevo. Work on user reactivation, retention, and lost customer recovery. Scale budgets progressively based on performance and sustainability. Coordinate with the technical team for tracking and analytics setup. Products and funnel focus: Prioritize Master's programs and on-demand courses. Other products are managed at the category level (webinars, short courses, etc.). Focus on a mix of new acquisitions, retention, and lost user recovery. Strong focus on B2C e-commerce. Key KPIs: Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Paid-attributed revenue ROAS by channel Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing within B2C/e-commerce Experience in startup or scaleup environments Strong hands-on experience with: Google Ads Meta Ads GA4 CRO and funnel optimization Marketing automation tools (e.G., Brevo) Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Experience in education, healthcare, or digital training is a plus English level: B2 or higher (interviews will be conducted in English), knowledge of Spanish is considered a plus What we offer: Full remote role A high-impact position with full ownership of performance marketing Direct collaboration with the CEO and management Startup speed combined with a large group structure Performance-based MBO bonus system Real growth opportunity during a major scaling phase.
