Full Stack Software Engineer

Overview FastCode is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience , skilled in frontend development with Angular and backend development with Java and Spring Boot , to join a 6-person team working on projects for a major enterprise client. The selected candidate will work in an Agile/Scrum environment , using standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, and GitLab CI/CD , and will be involved in end-to-end development of new features, integration management, and continuous improvement of applications. Responsibilities Develop new frontend features using Angular (v12) Design and implement backend services with Java and Spring Boot Integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend Collaborate with Dev and DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines with GitLab Write testable and well-documented code Support architecture modernization toward microservices with Quarkus, containerized with Docker/Kubernetes Essential Technical Requirements Experience with Angular for frontend development Strong command of Java and Spring Boot for backend development Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and Experience with version control tools (Git) and GitLab CI/CD Familiarity with Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence Additional Technical Skills Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments Knowledge of Keycloak for authentication/authorization Experience with Quarkus or other cloud-native Java frameworks Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger, and automated testing tools (JUnit, Cypress, Jest) Transversal Skills Team spirit and willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to work independently on assigned technical tasks Attention to code quality and documentation Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Mathematical Sciences, or Statistics Why Join FastCode Career opportunities in a fast-growing, rapidly evolving company with a young, international team Training related to your role and technologies used Corporate benefits (Health Insurance, Meal Vouchers) The work mode is full remote work.
