Boat Sales Representative

We are seeking a Boat Sales Representative to join our team at Huntsville Marine on HWY 60. Specializing in Princecraft, Barletta, Mastercraft, and Bayliner. This is a full-time position with a base salary, excellent commission structure and generous benefits package. Position Overview Join a growing team of experienced sales professionals at an award-winning dealership located directly on a world class lake. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for assisting qualified buyers through the sales process pipeline and closing the sale through relationship building, expertise, and friendly customer service. Key Responsibilities - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service. - Delivering an elevated sales experience, outstanding customer service, and quality operational expectations. - Meeting and exceeding annual sales goals set through collaborative discussions, and head office direction. - Maintaining personal, productivity, and training goals. - Connect with every lead through consistent communication channels and follow ups with immediacy. - Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs. - Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge. - Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. - Provide in-depth and knowledgeable on-the-water orientations and water tests with clients in a professional manner. - Work at designated shows and special events promoting Walkers Point Marina and the brands we carry with the goal of sales and lead generation. - Peak season on-site attendance required weekdays and weekends, with flexible hours in the off-months. Qualifications - 2+ years of direct-to-consumer sales with Marine Sales an asset. - Marine knowledge a must (either through personal experience or industry knowledge). - Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience. - Motivated to achieve great results because of your enthusiasm to create relationships and interacting with customers and high-end recreational products. - Initiate completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision and independently turns leads in to sales. - Grow with us Become a collaborative member of our sales team with the goal of elevating each other.
