Internship - Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Global Indirect Procurement Buyer Intern to join us. Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs. Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders. Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis. Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts. Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories. Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning. Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields; Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian Good knowledge of Excel
