Overview
As an Application Engineer you support the technical development of customized process cooling solutions. You will translate customer needs into optimized chiller configurations and value-driven proposals, while analyzing specs and performing thermal calculations. You'll engage with customers and internal stakeholders during pre-sales and proposal work, and contribute to marketing content and technical documentation. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product feedback, offering meaningful impact on solution design and customer satisfaction. You'll join a collaborative team focused on scalable, technically solid cooling solutions.

Responsabilità
- Translate customer requirements into optimized chiller configurations and proposals
- Analyze technical specifications and perform thermal calculations to tailor solutions
- Engage with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders for pre-sales and proposal support
- Develop application-focused content, case studies and technical documentation
- Provide market feedback to drive product development
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5 - 7 years of experience as an application engineer
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Office suite and design tools (Inventor, Autocad)
- Affinity with thermodynamics, mechanical design and calculations/simulations
- Experience with chiller technology is a plus
- Knowledge of Matlab and Excel or other calculation tools is a plus
- Organization and time management
