We are currently looking for a Product Designer in Italy.This role offers the opportunity to design meaningful digital experiences used by global teams in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. As a Product Designer, you will work end to end on complex product challenges, transforming user needs and business goals into elegant, scalable solutions. You will contribute to a mature design system while continuously improving user experience quality. Design impactful, intuitive, and visually polished solutions across web and mobile experiences.Own the full design lifecycle, from ideation and wireframes to high‐fidelity designs, testing, and post‐release iterations.Clearly present design work, rationale, and trade‐offs to cross‐functional stakeholders.Contribute to and evolve the design system by creating, documenting, and maintaining reusable components in Figma.Requirements4 to 5 years of experience in end‐to‐end product design for web and mobile applications.Strong expertise in both UX and UI design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating problem‐solving skills.Hands‐on experience working with and contributing to design systems.Experience collaborating throughout the entire development process, including design QA.Fully remote work model with flexibility and optional coworking access.We use an AI‐powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
