Movopack is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern to support our growth in the Italian market . If you're ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results , this internship will accelerate your career.

You'll be one of the first BDRs fully dedicated to the Italian market, playing a direct role in building our sales pipeline and driving revenue. Opening doors
Enabling Account Executives to focus on high-quality, well-qualified meetings
Built a strong outbound rhythm with consistent, high-quality activity
Started booking qualified meetings for AEs
Become autonomous in prospecting, CRM hygiene, and handover
Number of outbound activities (calls)
Meetings booked (SQL)
Qualified meetings (SAL)
CRM data quality and feedback loops
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer , you will:
Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
Organize meetings, demos, and commercial proposals
Support deal progression and closure with Account Executives
Conduct market research on high-potential segments and trends
Track and manage all activities in the CRM
Phone calls are a key part of the role: you'll gain real confidence in speaking with prospects and handling objections.

Italian : native / C2
English : fluent
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)
Paid, full-time internship with real responsibility
