Background You will join the IT Department Headquarters in Milan, that is on a path that aims at innovating all the solutions supporting the relationship with final customers throughout the entire journey, adopting digital and sustainable solutions. Then, you will get the chance to develop your skills by participating in significant Digital projects in the Retail sector and working with an highly skilled technical group of professionals on Salesforce Platforms : Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Data Cloud Context and purpose Within the company’s Digital Transformation and the Phygital Customer Relationship Journey that leads to an increasing attention and focus on customer centricity, the IT Department has undertaken an evolution path towards a Customer First Operating model, possibly evolving to a product-based organization in the mid-term. The IT department is on a path that aims at innovating all the solutions supporting the relationship with final customers throughout the entire journey adopting digital and sustainable solutions. Responsibilities Reporting to the “CRM & Marketing Solution Manager” the Salesforce Trainee will be in charge of: Supporting Salesforce developments and solution design Monitoring Data flows and in case of issues, proposing solutions Conducting both technical and functional analysis Managing reports creation Requirements Must have skills Undergraduate or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field Knowledge in MYSQL, Apex and JavaScript Aptitude to work on site and remotely within an international team spread over multiple time zones Highly analytical, proactive and digital innovation-oriented approach is required Fluency in Italian and English is a must Nice to have skills Problem-solving aptitude Previous working experience on CRM solutions Aptitude to work on site and remotely within an international team spread over multiple time zones We promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
