You will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality procurement solutions aligned with business objectives. You'll manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and contract administration while contributing to continuous improvement and cross-functional execution. Mentorship and training opportunities Global collaboration opportunities Manage purchasing requests and issue POs for indirect materials, services, and facility capex Collaborate with sourcing and category teams for supplier selection and procurement initiatives Oversee PO lifecycle including updates and contract adjustments Support supplier onboarding and ensure compliance and due diligence Partner with Maintenance, Facilities, Accounting to ensure project execution Assist in supplier agreements, contracts, and related documentation Collaborate across teams to resolve operational, quality, delivery, or invoicing issues Analyze procurement data and support reporting Conduct occasional supplier visits to support project execution Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, maintenance, or facilities Working knowledge of English for business communication; fluent Italian Analytical skills to interpret data and support reporting Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office apps
