A new opportunity exists for an outstanding Client Advisor to join our store in Firenze (Italy) for a fixed term (CDD) part time contract, 21h per week during 12 months, starting February 2026.
Achieving sales targets and store KPI’s whilst upholding Zimmermann’s brand standards including store and visual presentation
To ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to Zimmermann’s clientele in line with the brand’s global vision.
Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships.
Ensure that a consistently high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directives.
Engaging in team training and development initiatives including product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity and Work Health Safety.
Experience in a similar role ideally in the luxury sector or in a retail environment
Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
Fluent in English & Italian
Categorie protette L. Bespoke development plans and access to strong mentors and industry leaders
