We are working in partnership with a leading international law firm to recruit a Business Development Specialist for their Milan office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented BD professional to join a dynamic team supporting strategic growth across Italy and internationally. The Role You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing and business development support across the firm's Milan and Rome offices. This includes: Supporting pitches, proposals, and RFP responses Coordinating marketing campaigns and digital communications Managing events (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) from concept to execution Drafting legal directory and award submissions Assisting with CRM best practices and client development initiatives Collaborating with internal teams on content creation and brand alignment Advising on social media optimisation and profile enhancement About You We're looking for someone with: At least 3 years' experience in marketing or BD, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (CIM qualification desirable) Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Business Development and Marketing Industries: Legal Services and Law Practice J-18808-Ljbffr
