You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with various departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure all sales initiatives align with the hotel's overall business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create effective sales plans to increase revenue and market share.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure coordinated efforts and successful outcomes.Event Participation: Represent the hotel at industry events and exhibitions to promote the hotel and attract new business.Sales Metrics Monitoring: Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.Budget Management: Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal standards.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.Experience: Several years of experience in sales and hospitality.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
