Cost Manager/ Quantity Surveyor, Design

Requirements For our office in Rome, we are looking for graduates in Engineering or Architecture to join our Infrastructure Division team as Computist for projects to be developed for both public and private clients.
The candidate will be responsible for the preparation of economic quantifications (parametric estimates / estimated metric calculations and related WBS setting / analysis and verification of new cost items / differential appraisals / work accounting) at the various stages of project design and execution.
At least 3-5 years' experience in the design and execution of construction and infrastructure works (road/railways, structures and hydraulics, etc.) and knowledge of the most commonly used software for the preparation of metric calculations, accounting and price analyses (Team System CPM (formerly STR) / Primus / Autocad / Revit / Arch Vision) is required. Il candidato sarà responsabile della predisposizione delle quantificazioni economiche (stime parametriche /computi metrici estimativi e relativa impostazione della WBS / analisi e verifica di nuove voci di costo / perizie differenziali / contabilità lavori) nelle varie fasi di progettazione e di esecuzione del progetto.
Si richiede un background tecnico, capacità di comunicazione efficace e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
Sono richiesti almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione e nell'esecuzione di opere edili e infrastrutturali (viabilità/ferrovie, strutture, idraulica, ecc.) e la conoscenza dei software di uso più comune per la redazione di computi metrici, contabilità e analisi dei prezzi (Team System CPM (ex STR) / Primus / Autocad / Revit / Arch Vision).
