- Italian Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor -Remote in Greece Description Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for an Italian Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to work in a corporate environment that values professionalism and excellence. Responsibilities Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to corporate accounts, product offerings, and service-related issues. Educate corporate customers about company products and services to enhance their overall experience. Document all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes. Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement of services. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B environment. Strong understanding of corporate customer needs and a professional demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong customer-first mindset. Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
