(Senior) Finance Manager (m/w/d) Fulltime (40h), Location Milan or Lombardy Responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting Management of the team consisting of accountants, real estate accountants, and back office staff, as well as intensive collaboration on the future structuring of the team based on expansion plans Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that liquidity is effectively managed across all projects and operations Support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors Expectations Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field > 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in real estate or a related industry Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelling A strong attention to detail and ability to work with both - numbers and people Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Excel Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company develops Offer Varied activities in an international and growing company Modern working environment with a highly motivated team Support for professional and personal training and development Attractive benefits and company events We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 70.000.
