Core Purpose As our SEO & GEO Expert, you'll be the architect of AccessiWay's organic growth — blending traditional SEO mastery with pioneering Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Key Responsibilities Traditional SEO Strategy & Execution Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that boost rankings and traffic across all European markets. Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Perform technical SEO audits and lead implementations (architecture, page speed, mobile optimization, structured data). Build and execute scalable link-building and digital PR strategies. Monitor algorithm changes and proactively adjust strategies to stay ahead of search evolution. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Lead GEO initiatives to optimize content for AI-driven platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. Ensure AccessiWay content is structured and formatted for AI visibility, citations, and recommendations. Monitor how AccessiWay appears in AI-generated responses — and continuously optimize for those contexts. Anticipate the future of search by exploring trends in AI, conversational, and voice-based discovery. Content Collaboration Partner with the Content Strategist to ensure all content performs for both humans and machines. Provide actionable keyword research and intent insights to inform content planning. Create SEO and GEO best practice guidelines for content creators and collaborators. Optimize the existing content library for maximum reach and relevance. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze performance across search and AI platforms, identifying actionable insights. Build dashboards in Google Analytics and Search Console to visualize impact. Report on KPIs like organic traffic growth, rankings, conversions, and pipeline contribution. Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and user behavior trends. Technical & Accessibility Integration Ensure SEO implementations align with WCAG accessibility standards. Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements. Optimize for Core Web Vitals and user experience metrics to ensure fast, inclusive, and high-performing pages. Profile You're an innovative SEO expert who thrives at the intersection of search, technology, and accessibility . You're data-driven, analytical, and always one step ahead of search evolution. Required Skills Deep expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog). Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals as they relate to SEO. Familiarity with AI language models and their impact on search. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategy. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) is a significant plus. Experience with international and multilingual SEO preferred.
