Banking Processes PMO:
Your role:
As a Banking Processes PMO, your challenges will include:

  • Analysis mapping and review of existing Banking processes;
  • Support to define workflow procedures;
  • Defining processes to ensure timely update of documents to guarantee regulatory compliance;
  • Procedure and policies reclassification and review based on taxonomy;
Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
  • From 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Corporate Banking Processes and procedures (e.g. Loans and credit lines management, compliance, operational management of corporate customers, Stock-Treasury-Derivatives);
  • Experience in the development and review of policies and procedures (strong asset) related to Banking processes;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Knowledge of the Corporate banking governance (desirable);
  • Familiarity with designing and proposing organizational improvements;
  • Organization skills and client-oriented;
  • English and Italian are mandatory;
  • Work Permit for Luxembourg is requested.
