Per dinamica realtà internazionale, operante nel settore Difesa e Spazio, stiamo cercando un/una Product Assurance Manager La risorsa, inserita nella direzione Product Assurance sarà responsabile di: Supportare il team di progetto per garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità. Identificare e gestire proattivamente i rischi e le problematiche di qualità legate ai prodotti make & buy del progetto. Collaborare con diverse funzioni aziendali per promuovere e attuare il Piano di Sorveglianza Fornitori del progetto. Supervisionare l'accettazione dei prodotti make & buy. Definire e gestire la configurazione di prodotto, partecipando a riunioni tecniche e approvando la documentazione tecnica necessaria. Gestire le non-conformità del progetto, evidenziando eventuali scostamenti e valutandone i rischi. Supportare il team per garantire che le fasi di sviluppo, qualifica, integrazione e produzione siano svolte correttamente. Partecipare a revisioni tecniche e incontri di avanzamento del progetto. Verificare la conformità del progetto ai processi indicati nel Piano Qualità e proporre miglioramenti. Pianificare ed eseguire assessment di qualità, monitorando i KPI e implementando azioni correttive ove necessario. Fornire stime dei costi per attività di Product Assurance richieste in proposte e offerte commerciali. Collaborare alla revisione delle librerie tecniche e contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi aziendali. Condurre sessioni di micro training per migliorare le competenze e l'efficienza del team di progetto. Requisiti Richiesti: Laurea in Ingegneria/Ingegneria-Gestionale; Esperienza consolidata in contesti aziendali strutturati e preferibilmente maturata in ruolo tecnico in ambito sviluppo e gestione equipment complessi (HW, FW, SW); Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti gestionali (PLM MatriX, SAP QM, DRM e suite MS Office). Ottima Conoscenza dei processi aziendali BMS di sviluppo e gestione del Prodotto (PLC1, MCP10, MCP6, CMC7). Familiarità con normative di settore, tra cui la EN 9100.
