RED GLOBAL- TECHNICAL SOLUTION DESIGNER+AI-REMOTE-ITALY-ASAP START-12 MONTHS+ RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently looking for a Technical Solution Designer with experience in AI to take part in new projects they have with Telecommunications customer. Please find the details below: Role: Technical Solution Designer + AI Start: Jan 2026 Duration: 1 Year + Possible extension Location: 100% Remote – Italy Capacity: Full time Language- English Solution Designer capable of leading the technical design of IT solutions in synergy with architects, engineering leads, and development teams Responsibilities: Organize in-depth meetings on requirements and processes Participate in Technical Design Authority (TDA) sessions to gather details on the architectural design of solutions and provide feedback from the team on the feasibility of proposed solutions Manage the definition of technical solutions for the systems managed by the team, ensuring a clear understanding of the requirements to be implemented and providing clarifications during the development cycle Optimize solutions, if necessary, based on project progress and business requirements Prepare documentation to consolidate the identified solutions Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues Experience: Experience designing complex IT solutions. Knowledge of modern software architectures (cloud-native, microservices, API-driven). Technical analysis and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Dev Ops, and modelling tools (UML, Archi Mate). Excellent communication and mediation skills between technical stakeholders.
