We're Hiring: Customer Experience Agent Do you love connecting with people from all over the world — customers, suppliers, and colleagues alike? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Whilst the role is advertised as full-time, we can offer flexible working arrangements for this role, such as hybrid working up to max 60% of the working time, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns. What You'll Do As Customer Experience Agent you will provide services to direct customers and onboard them to the Maersk environment. Activities may include the following (but are not limited to): End-to-end shipping process, Case Management, Customer onboarding and relationship management, dispute management, online assistance, cross‐selling and more. Key Responsibilities Strong interest or experience in FCL import–export operations Managing shipment processes in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements Building strong customer relationships and understanding their business needs Providing proactive support: tracking shipments, flagging deviations, and suggesting solutions Working in a KPI‐driven environment, meeting/exceeding targets, and identifying improvement areas What We're Looking For A customer‐centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service ️ Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and relationship‐building skills ️ Strong planning abilities and comfort working under deadlines Basic computer literacy Professional proficiency in English and Italian Location: Genoa or Milan, Italy Additional Information No relocation or visa sponsorship is available for this role.
