Job Summary We are currently looking for a talented Design Developer who will be translating customer artwork and intent to a repro order following the guidelines and Tetra Pak specifications, satisfying customer and productivity demands. The position is a permanent role and you will be based in Rubiera, Italy. In this role, you will report to the CS&D Team Leader South Europe. What you will do
  • Convert customer artwork files to production ready files
  • Collaborate with CSR, KAM & Internal Marketing Department
  • Follow instructions and agreed work procedures according to the repro process
  • Ensure that all Tetra Pak specifications are respected and followed
  • Participate in improvement activities with the Design Hub
  • Drive productivity through WCM methodology and tools
We believe you have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 4+ years of experience
  • Experience or knowledge in Design handling knowledge
  • Good understanding of Tetra Pak printing specifications
  • Good Repro knowledge / Experience
  • Strong WCM knowledge or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proactive and pragmatic attitude with a strong hands-on, getting-things-done mentality
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Italian is a must
