Chi siamo Dompé è una delle principali aziende biofarmaceutiche in Italia, focalizzata sull'innovazione. Il polo produttivo di L'Aquila è un centro d'eccellenza dedicato alla produzione, al confezionamento e al controllo di prodotti farmaceutici e biotecnologici all'avanguardia. Il tirocinio formativo si svolgerà all'interno della Direzione Ingegneria dello stabilimento produttivo Dompé Farmaceutici di L'Aquila, realtà dedicata alla produzione, confezionamento, controllo e rilascio di prodotti farmaceutici e biotecnologici . Lo stage è inserito nell'area Energy & Autoproduzione , con focus su impianti di cogenerazione e parco fotovoltaico , monitoraggio e ottimizzazione dei consumi energetici. Obiettivo del progetto formativo Il progetto è finalizzato all'acquisizione di competenze tecniche e operative in ambito energia , con particolare attenzione alla gestione degli impianti di autoproduzione e all'analisi dei consumi delle fonti primarie, in un contesto industriale strutturato e regolato da standard GMP/GEP. Struttura del percorso formativo: Il tirocinio sarà articolato in tre fasi : Fase I – Formazione teorica (15 giorni) Codifica degli asset e procedure operative Introduzione a GMP, GEP Documentazione tecnica dei fornitori Tool di Project Management Vettori energetici, usi e consumi Impianti di autoproduzione (cogenerazione e fotovoltaico) Fase II – Training on the job (15 giorni) Affiancamento al tutor di progetto Acquisizione delle conoscenze di base propedeutiche al raggiungimento degli obiettivi formativi Fase III – Progetto applicativo (5 mesi) Assegnazione di un progetto specifico Applicazione pratica delle competenze acquisite Verifica del livello di autonomia e conoscenza tecnica raggiunti Competenze che verranno acquisite: Al termine del percorso, il/la tirocinante avrà sviluppato: Conoscenza delle GEP e degli impianti di autoproduzione di energia Comprensione della documentazione tecnica a supporto delle attività di construction, autorizzazione e avviamento Significato di AS BUILT e importanza del tracciamento delle modifiche in fase di cantiere Utilizzo di tool di project management e fogli di lavoro Conoscenza del sito produttivo (linee, impianti, edifici) Principi di ottimizzazione ed efficientamento dei consumi energetici Attività principali: Supporto al tutor nello sviluppo del progetto assegnato Aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica di stabilimento secondo le procedure vigenti Analisi dei dati di consumo energetico e valutazione dell'efficienza energetica Supporto nella definizione di interventi di efficientamento Supporto nella gestione del trigeneratore Requisiti: Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente: Meccanica Industriale Energetica
