Job Description: Your Tasks
As a manager for Insurance Finance Transformation (ESG / Digitalization/ IFRS 17 implementation in SAP), you are included in all steps of the implementation process and work closely with the client.
You lead your team in the area of Insurance Finance and SAP solution configuration.
You support the client in all processes, end to end. This includes analyzing the business requirements and turning them into product functionalities.
You lead the implementation or customizing of Consolidation, General Ledger and Subledger SAP modules, such as Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, and embedded analytics.
You support and train the end user to be confident with the usage of the implemented solution.
Your Profile
You hold a university degree.
You have +5 years of professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with a focus on insurance finance, accounting, or in an actuarial function combined with SAP implementation in at least one of these modules: Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM, and Embedded Analytics.
You want to grow and lead a high-performing team.

You feel comfortable communicating and working in English within a cross-border team (German proficiency is beneficial).
