At KPMG, you will have the opportunity to help clients, society, and colleagues address and solve the most current and complex challenges. By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will manage corporate change processes and analyse strategic requirements to implement the best digital solutions available on the market for integrated process management. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements through interviews with key stakeholders involved in sales, distribution, and customer service processes. Design optimal solutions using SAP ECC and S/4 HANA, tailored to the client's specific needs across the entire order‐to‐cash cycle—from order entry to delivery and invoicing. Draft comprehensive documentation, including functional and technical specifications, for end‐to‐end processes related to the SAP SD module. Configure the SAP SD module to deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals and expectations. Perform internal testing and work closely with end users to ensure that the solution meets both KPMG's and the client's quality standards. Deliver user training sessions to ensure the correct adoption of the implemented solutions within the sales and distribution context. Support the client during the go‐live phase and manage the Hypercare period, ensuring a smooth and effective transition. 2–4 years of experience implementing SAP solutions, with a specific focus on SAP SD. Experience drafting Business Blueprints and functional analysis for user customizations. Experience with SAP system configuration in the SD area (document types, pricing schemes, output messages, organizational structures, etc.). Experience preparing/manage user training on processes related to master data, order management, delivery management, and billing. Experience executing testing and supporting users in SAP management of master data, order management, delivery management, and billing. Knowledge or experience in the SAP Automotive sector is considered a plus. Good command of English, preferably supported by study or work experience abroad. Availability to travel within Italy and internationally to support clients at all project phases. Hybrid work arrangements to promote a healthy work‐life balance.
