Your new role

We are looking for a Program Manager with the following characteristics:

The Program Manager will oversee all program objectives, including the design, execution, and monitoring of the program’s resilience initiatives, coordinating closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, adherence to regulatory standards, and operational excellence.

The Program Manager’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Program planning, documentation, and milestone tracking across cyber robustness, recovery, disaster recovery, and compromise preparation objectives.
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement across technical, operational, and compliance teams.
  • Managing risk assessments and escalating issues to maintain adherence to the program timeline.
  • Conducting periodic reviews and reporting program metrics to executive leadership.
  • Overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning related to program activities.

Description of the project

Program Manager to lead a critical program focused on enhancing the resilience of the client's core business operations. This program aims to improve cyber robustness, accelerate recovery mechanisms, evolve disaster recovery strategies, and strengthen preparations for large-scale compromise scenarios.

This program is integral to maintaining secure, efficient clearing services across the financial markets.

Main objectives, but not limited to:

  • Enhance Cyber Robustness: Implement a comprehensive cyber robustness plan across all technical administration and automation tools.
  • Accelerate Recovery Plans: Develop mechanisms for simultaneous rebuilding of systems and applications using snapshot technology.
  • Evolve Disaster Recovery Strategy: Extend DR exercises to include post-session and start-of-day phases, ensuring operational continuity over multiple days.
  • Reinforce Preparation for Large-Scale Compromise Scenarios: Automate health check reporting to identify compromised components and data integrity issues; enhance network isolation strategies with automated mechanisms; detail and test recovery plans for each application, with specific training for all involved teams to handle worst-case scenarios; develop comprehensive communication plans for interactions with external stakeholders.
