The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales function by identifying new business opportunities, such as new markets, clients, partnerships, or products and services.
  • Develop strategies to effectively reach new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects, assess their needs, and create proposals to address those needs.
  • Attend conferences and events to build relationships with prospects and industry partners and stay up to date with new trends.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, market positioning, and monitor evolving market challenges.
  • Collaborate with design and sales professionals to ensure that the requirements and targets are met.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service and time management abilities.
  • Strategic and creative thinking.
  • Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Enjoy working in teams and thrive under pressure.
