Would you like to shape an innovative outlet shopping concept? At the earliest date possible we are looking for a motivated RETAIL MANAGER F/M/X • Full-time • Bagnolo San Vito (MN), Italy YOUR TASKS • Ensure the application of retail operating procedures of the commercial structure; • Monitor and analyze the quantitative and qualitative performance of the stores, planning periodic meetings with brand partners; • Support the stores and their headquarters, suggesting strategies aimed at improving their results and image (personnel, customer service, product, visual merchandising, pricing policies, communication, layout); • Coordinate planned promotional activities and monitor their results; • Schedule training for sales staff, aimed at achieving a good level of customer service and customer loyalty; • Increase the visibility and attractiveness of the brands, leveraging all physical and digital touchpoints of the Village; • Support brand partners in preparatory activities for new openings (personnel selection, staff training, welcome kit, loyalty tools, photo shooting); • Periodically communicate to the ownership the retail activities carried out and produce the related reports. YOUR PROFILE • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and management skills; • Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities; • Strategic thinking and expertise in developing action plans to support business objectives; • Strong results orientation and proven ability to work towards goals; • Autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving skills • Teamwork attitude and strong cooperation skills; • Empathy, enthusiasm, and creativity; • Knowledge of key visual merchandising techniques; • Proficiency in spoken and written English; • Familiarity with digital platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Residence and/or domicile in areas close to the Village.
