accountable for the overall strategy as well as driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver
partner with customers and engineering teams to determine which projects move forward and in what priority order
use your knowledge to assess development processes, test plans, and operations/maintenance requirements
influence teams to decouple from dependencies and eliminate architecture problems that stifle innovation or cause user dissatisfaction, development collisions, and/or outages
As a Senior Technical Program Manager in the team, you will work with multiple teams to help solve complex technical solutions aimed to provide associates more choices for working preferred schedules, while also improving operational agility. You will have a direct influence on the technical design and implementation plan. You will work with multiple tech and business teams to build these complex solutions.
Workforce Solutions (WS) empowers our customers by providing integrated, people-focused solutions that streamline hiring processes for WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. As stewards of the employee lifecycle and experience, we drive initiatives that promote transparency and efficiency in career mobility, workforce engagement, and operational needs management. 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
~3+ years of software development experience
~5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
~ 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
~ Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
~ Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
