About this role We're looking for a motivated HSE Administrator Intern to support our daily activities, ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations. Support the HSE team in tasks related to safety and environmental compliance. Organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports. Monitor and manage safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules). Coordinate safety trainings and track employee certifications. Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections. Participate in safety walks and inspections to identify potential risks. What will you bring to us? Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field. A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Fluent in both Italian and English. Bonus: Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations is valuable but not required. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or currently studying) in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field. A genuine interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
