Summary:

Support marketing efforts related to communication of company products to help to drive product sales, product adoption and customer retention. Coordinate product-related communications to prospective and current customers and trade publications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Marketing support assisting in on-going development, updating and creating content and engagement planners, issuing push notifications, processing rewards, analysing usage data for internal reporting and presentations, and recommending new communications and promotions.
  • Enhance user experience for greater engagement.
  • Track and report on marketing programs.
  • Review and maintain the correct user group.
  • Support marketing collateral production.
  • Review, maintain, and develop process documentation.
  • Moderate chat discussions, comments and engagement.
  • Liaise closely with all internal stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum one year in administrative support for marketing or business operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Self-motivated with a flair for being creative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
  • Efficient in organizing and managing daily tasks, meeting deadlines, and achieving goals.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing business needs.
  • Thrives in remote/hybrid work environments with limited in-person interaction.
